Each Resident is paired with an expert mentor educator, spending four days a week in the classroom participating in hands-on teaching, and approximately one day a week spent in collaboration with a regional cohort in seminars that bridge educational theory and research with the direct experience taking place in the classroom.

This is an innovative and affordable pathway to a full-time teaching career in our community while gaining hands-on classroom experience.
